In search of a weapon for my cohort also picking out feats

so my cohort is a level 12 Necropolitian(Libris Mortis) Incarnate Construct(Savage Species) Maug(Fiend Folio) Warblade 6 warhulk6

and the big guy needs a nasty weapon to spill the inners of all goodie goodie who try and stop me and him.

What I am picturing a black meat cleaver the size of him (He is large already) with some type of really nasty effect

can someone give me and idead

I need to pick out 4 more and I was not sure what would be a good one, I want something to turn my cohort in to a juggernaut undead warrior of doom lol

I would suggest refluffing a greatsword as a butcher's cleaver (have you played Dark Souls 1 by any chance?).

I would consider the Combat Expertise -> Improved Trip -> Knock-down line but as 3 out of 4 feats there might find a better option.

Combat Reflexes is very funny on a War Hulk is you have the Dex for it (gloves of dex +2 are cheap)
