I want to run a 5e campaign with strong wuxia/Eastern overtones, so I thought this would be a good starting point. I'm making some initial stuff now, but here's what I really want to set up:
-Races: Korobokuru, Nezumi, Spirit Folk, and Vanara
-Classes/Subclasses/Refluffs: Samurai, Shaman, Shugenja, Sohei, Wu Jen
-Weapons/Armor: No specifics, but I'm trying to think of what can be refluffed, what must be added, and what is cut from PHB.

Once my post count gets higher, I'll link the pdf I'm looking at.

The 5E DM's guide has a quick chapter on converting things to a more Oriental Adventures flavour. And Gastronomie has a nice guide to Oriental Adventures as well. (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?477476-Gastronomie-Extended-Signature) (Scroll down the page a bit to find it.)

Interesting. Are there any cool Chinese-themed homebrews too? I wanted to mix a bit of China and Japan to form the setting.

I'd recommend the 5E Homebrew Compendium over in the 5E forum. Have a look through and you should find some good things.
