Owl's Insight spell line

Would it be possible to create a version of the Owl's Inight spell, that affected the other stats?

Well wizard's can research completely new spells with DM approval so mechanically there is a route for this to be done.

I don't think it would necessarily be a big deal since the bonuses don't start becoming really large until higher levels where the amount of broken content is quite large anyway.

I guess it depends on the optimization level of the game you're in whether or not it could cause problems. My usual comment for custom spells is once you create it and start using it then the custom spell becomes fair game for enemies as well.

Owl's insight is a 5th-level druid spell, so as long as you don't have transmutation as a prohibited school I don't see why not.
