These two are races from a Setting I'm working on right now. The Setting is gestalt and high magic, but that has little to do with these two races.

Races of Vitaltutela:
Kogui
Society: The Kogui, like the wolves the gods formed them from, live in packs that are led by a mated Alpha Male and an Alpha Female. After which there are a number of Beta Males and Females, which need not be mated. Depending on the size of the pack, there are normally between only one and three such pairs, but larger packs may have more. After that, ranking may vary from tribe to tribe, but most often the rank of Omega only goes to a pack member who has in some way shamed the tribe or failed in some task, but most often the rank is only temporary as the offending Kogui will redeem him self in some task.
Personality: The Kogui’s structured lifestyle can be seen in everything they do and how they think. A Kogui is always tidy, in any way, from their hair, to their weapons and where they live - everything has a place, a spot, and an order. When in large groups of non-Kogui, they find them selves giving each person a rank, and an amount of respect to go with it. Kogui try not to do this when it is not socially appropriate but have a hard time doing so. Often only Kogui that have spent years with other races can stop this way of thought. A Kogui is fiercely loyal to his friends and anyone who becomes a friend of a Kogui will have an ally they can count on for life. Conversely, to make an enemy of a Kogui will mean having a thorn in your side at any turn.
Physical Description: Kogui normally stand just over six feet tall to six and a half feet. They have broad shoulders and long legs for running. The feature that makes most people gasp at their site, however, is the Kogui’s teeth and claws, but only people who know nothing of the Kogui fear this as Kogui see the use of claws and teeth as weapons as pure madness. Kogui often pierce there ears with ear rings but other than that beyond simple clothing the Kogui don’t often wear much.
Relations: Most races who come in contact with Kogui learn to see them for what they are – a loyal, trustworthy people who will get along with anyone who does not cross them. The Kogui have a friendly rivalry with the cat races, but they never rarely enter into open conflict, due to the fact there lands are most often far apart and because both groups would use words before weapons any day. They find the Anura to be some what foolish and odd at times, but Anura always seems to say something that can make a Kogui laugh. The only race of there world they have a hostile feelings to are the Aracna, who they see as beings of dishonor.
Alignments: Kogui are almost always lawful in alignment, with chaotic Kogui often being shunned outsiders, and mad loners. Kogui are lean heavily toward good over evil, but cruel and sadistic Kogui are not unheard of, and some times make effective Alphas.
Kogui Lands: The Kogui live in areas of the forest, plains and in to mountains some times. Like most of the native races of Vitaltutela, the Kogui do not claim the land as belonging to them, and will try to live with other race that are close by. Often in large ranges of land the Kogui will share territory with allied groups.
Religion:
Language: Kogui speak the language given to them by the gods that made there land, Vitatutela common, the Kogui accent is rough and some times words are more barked than spoken.
Adventurers: Kogui will adventure for a number of reasons, often chaotic Kogui don’t feel like they fit in with there pack so they go off on there own. Some Kogui pack let there young adults go off on a quest to see the rest of the world and see what truths they can find for them selves. This has many benefits for a pack Kogui that return are more experience in areas that Kogui who stay with the pack. Also Kogui that return often bring great tails to tell around the camp fire and it is mused that for this reason alone that elders let there children go off just so they can hear new stories. Kogui who go on these quest are always mindful of there actions as they represent there pack and were as great actions can bring honor to the tribe, poor choices and recklessness brings shame to a tribe.

Kogui traits:
+2 Wisdom, -2 Charisma Kogui are inwardly focused and do not speak often thinking over what they do say for along time. Kogui prefer words with meaning over words of honey.
-Medium: As medium creatures, Kogui have no special penalties or bonuses do to there size.
-Kogui base land speed is 30 feet. How ever when taking a double move action, charging, or running Kogui base land speed increase to 35 feet as long as they are wearing light armor or no armor. The long legs of the Kogui are most effective when running at full speed.
-Kogui receives Track as a bonus feat and all Kogui have survival as a class skill. If a Kogui would receive Track from any other source she may instead take Kogui Scent.
-Lowlight vision: A Kogui can see twice as far as a human in starlight, moonlight, torchlight, and similar conditions of poor illumination. She retains the ability to distinguish color and detail under these conditions.
+4 on Listen checks, Kogui have amazing ears that can hear sounds members of other races often miss.
Favored Class: Monk. A Multiclass Kogui’s Monk levels do not count against him when determining whether he takes an experience point penalty.

Kogui Scent [Feat]
Prerequisites: Race Kogui
Benefit: You gain the sent special ability, except you sent only goes out two 10 feat. You may identify creatures that have passed trough the area by making knowledge checks to identify them by there sent.

Anura
Personality: The Anura are a peaceful race beyond all else, they try to remain in harmony with the world. They take only what they need from the world around them and not much else. What the Anura lack in physical possessions they make up for in imagination. The Anura oral tradition is perhaps the greatest in all of the planes, and each member of the tribe will often know dozens of memories by heart. When Anura run out of tails to tell and are board with make new ones as well, they will often resort to practical jokes; these jokes are never harmful and normally make the victim laugh just as hard as the jokers. The playful spirit of the Anura stays with them till old age, it is not uncommon to find an elderly Anura playing hide and go seek, though the felling of joy in the game is may now come from seeing the joy on the face of the young they are playing with.
Physical Description: Anura were crafted from the colorful jungle frogs, when the gods made the Anura conflict was raised as to which color pattern to use, this lead to days of bickering, until a one of the younger goddesses who was working on Vitaltutela said that perhaps it would be best if ever Anura was born with its own colors, the gods feeling like fools for not seeing the compromise granted that ever Anura would have its own colors and skin patterns, this is at least the story that the Anura tell when asked why no two from the same tribe look the same. Anura are a small race, standing only 3 to 3 ˝ feet tall. They lack a neck as there heads are connected to there bodies. The have four fingered hands and feet with each finger and toe ending in a suction cup.
Relations: Anura have good relations with all who will have them, the small humanoids often use there great abilities of humor to make friends. The one exception to this rule is the Aracna who the Anura hate and fear as Aracna like to eat smaller Anura.
Alignments: Anura are a good race by nature, they are kind and only want joy in the world. Anura tend lean to the chaotic side but must remain neutral in that aspect of alignment.
Anura Lands: Anura live in the swamps and rainforests of Vitaltutela, on these lands the are often very effective at growing there own food with in the rainforests and swamps, and Anura garden often looks like just another part of the forest with a little more edible plants. Because the Anura grow there own food and eat mostly insects they often can live on the same land as other races with little conflict.
Religion:
Language: The Anura speak Vitaltutela Common as well as there own language that uses there trough sacs to speak. Other race may learn this language but can not properly speak it.
Adventurers: Anura adventure simply to gain stories to tell to the rest of the there tribe and to see the wonders outside of there home.

Anura traits:
-2 Strength, +2 Dexterity, -2 Constitution, +2 Charisma
-Small: As a Small creature, an Anura gains a +1 size bonus to Armor Class, a +1 size bonus on attack rolls, and a +4 size bonus on Hide checks, but he uses smaller weapons than humans use, and his lifting and carrying limits are three-quarters of those of a Medium character.
- Anura Base land speed is 20ft, Anura also have a climb speed of 10ft and a swim speed of 10ft, Anura fingers and toes have suction cups to climb with and there feet are fully webbed with partial webbing of the fingers.
- Anura can launch there tongues up to 15 feet an Anura can use there tongue in always as if it were a whip, except they can not drop there tongue as part of a failed trip and attacking in this way does not provoke an attack of opportunity. Anura rarely use this ability in combat as it leaves them open and often leaves a bad taste in there mouth. Normally they use it to catch bugs and to pick up objects out of there reach.
-Anura gain dodge a bonus feat, Anura are great at ducking out of the way, and many of there child hood games involve dodging attacks.
-Anura gain a +2 on all perform checks they are trained in. Anura are natural performers in any art form they learn
- Anura have a +4 to jump checks and never need a running start.
Favored Class: Bard. A multi Class Anura’s Bard levels do not count against him when determining whether he takes an experience point penalty.

I'm still working on the religion of both races, mainly due to the fact that one of the major part of the setting is the Gods were returned to mortal form in the resent past. Clerics of these gods still have there spell casting abilities but this has caused a major criss of faith for many races, but I'm not yet sure how to have it effect these two.

Anura have a 15ft reach on touch attacks. This might not sound like much, but stick a Slay Living, or even a Ghoul Touch, on the end of it, and you'll regret not making them move into the front lines to deliver it. Also, an Anura cleric gets free ranged healing, letting it avoid attacks of opportunity. Fun, and largely balanced, but natural reach is an ability that has to be carefully considered, not used as a fluff racial.

Did not mean for them to have that I'll have to fix it in the final version. Is that the only problem. I'll take postive feedback as well.

Well current debate on the wizards board over the Anura is about if they should have a +1LA due to there movement speeds? Anyone.

Nope... the speeds are slow enough that a normal person could out pace them...

See now that is what I think but he claims that due to the fact they get a +8 on each of these skills and always take 10 on both that, that blows it. I don't honestly feel that Climbing or Swimming ever has a major Impact on most DND games so its not that major of a benefit.

The taking ten is innate in the speed and i find it fine... having a speed does not nessecarily grant +x to the skill though... so do not inculde it.
