Would a Lesser Fey'ri qualify to take the Aberrant Dragonmark feats? Pg. 47 in the Players guide to Eberron says that characters with the humanoid type and the human, dwarf, elf, gnome, or halfling subtype qualify. Is a Fey'ri considered to have the elven subtype or just elven blood?
