Looking for a homebrew.

I seem to remember a bit of homebrew on the topic of combination attacks. Does anyone else remember it?

What kind of combo attacks? Was it hosted on this forum?

Was it a base class or a general addition for regular fighters to use combo attacks? A feat chain? Etc

I'm talking about something along the lines of Chrono Trigger's and Chrono Cross's double (http://chrono.wikia.com/wiki/Category:Double_Techs) and triple techs (http://chrono.wikia.com/wiki/Category:Triple_Techs). That's what I mean by combination attacks.
