Sure. Restless, always going for the action and the heart of things, a bit lacking in empathie, especially when using hard methods.

In Golarion, Ifrits and other elemental-kin are often slaves in Qadira and Katapesh, so that's were I was figuring the "trained from birth," thing comes in. Due to being an Ifrit, this character was quite possibly purchased so they could be trained.
