3.5 spellflower monk

I am making a new character, I want to go monk, with a dip to sorcerer for spellflower. All prestige classes at lvl 11 and beyond are gestalt. We are starting at 12, so two levels of gestalt prestige. I am thinking githzerai for race. Any suggestions on feats? Or other options?

Ascetic Monk so you can be Cha-SAD.

It's a spell, most recently in Spell Compendium; lets you hold the charge on multiple touch spells (one per hand) at once. Only lasts 1 round/level, so unless you're using DMM:Persist or something similar then it's limited to an ambush tactic.

For which reason, having more than two arms would be a good idea. Grafts?

More limbs? Arachnoid gives you four extra limbs at technically no LA, but the type restrictions are tough.

Insectile also gives four more arms. While the template says you don't get extra attacks, all you care about are some hands that can store spells, so there you go. It's got +2 LA, though.
