What options are available to boost knowledge checks? I'm specifically looking for anything that will boost ALL knowledges, not just specific ones or any of the numerous [pick 2] boosting options. I am familiar with only the Draconic Knowledge invocation in this regard - are there any others?

Book collections from Stronghold Builder's Guidebook allow a +1 circumstance to all knowledge checks if generic reference, or from a +2 all the way to +6 circumstance to a specific knowledge skill.

Anything that boosts Int or Int checks (such as the Marshal Aura "Motivate Intelligence", for example).
Binding Dantalion for +8 to all Knowledge Checks.

Umbral Disciple's Sept Knowledge ability: "You gain a +2 bonus on any Knowledge or Gather Information checks made within 24 hours of speaking to another member of the same sept, or a +5 bonus if you visit the sept’s citadel or stronghold." It's not limited to a single check or a particular knowledge skill. Probably works best if you have a fellow PC or a cohort in the same sept, otherwise it could be a pain to get the bonus.

Factotums can can add their level to any skill check that they have at least one rank in once per day.

Truenamers have the Universal Aptitude and Hidden Truth utterances. Optimizing Knowledge checks is one of the few things they're actually good at.

Hm. Interesting. Seems most of these are unfortunately out of reach for characters I'd build - being spells, or lawful or gnome limited.
If only there were a way to get insight bonuses to stack, too - because without stacking it seems Lore of the Gods is STRICTLY better than Spiritual Advisor?

depending on what you need it for:
The 'collector of stories' skill trick (CS) gives +5 to all knowledges, but only to identify monsters.
Edit to add: Lore of the gods isn't Strictly better, as using it to use an untrained knowledge discharges its effect, where spiritual Advisor lets you do this unlimited.

It's not exactly what you're asking for, but Pathfinder's Inner Sea World Guide includes Adventurer's Chronicles (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/equipment---final/goods-and-services/books-paper-writing-supplies#TOC-Book). 50gp (each) for a +2 circumstance bonus to a Knowledge check (after 1d4 rounds of looking through the book).

Bluecrater Academy in Cauldron from The Shackled City Adventure Path. Membership grants access to its libraries which, in turn, grants a +6 bonus on any Knowledge check made with their aid.
