This is an existing character, currently lv5, and we're playing ROTRL.
No third parties and no unchained allowed.

Ideally I'm attempting a dex based character with relevant combat stats, good defense against melee and out of combat scouting.
I would like suggestions on how to complete the build or general advice/critique

Build so far:
Human LN

Falcata Swashbuckler 1
Slayer Stygian 4
(Slayer favored human +1/6 talents)

Stats (pb 20)
STR 8
DEX 21 (16 +2 race, +2 belt, +1 LV)
CON 12
INT 14
WIS 10
CHA 14

Traits and flaws
Killer (bonus dmg on crits)
Freed Slave (+1 will)
Exiled (+2 init)
Flaw: loner (-1 ac and to-hit when adjacent to an ally)

Feats, Features and Slayer talents:
Swashbuckler's finesse (bonus)
Ewp falcata (bonus)
Weapon Focus Falcata (lv 1)
Dodge (human)
Track (slayer bonus)
Slashing grace (lv3)
Blood Reader (I use this to recognize dangerous npcs)
Accomplished sneak attacker (lv5)
Invisibilty 1/day (slayer acf stygian)

Note: at the time of creation he was an inspired blade swashbuckler and was meant to go full dex TWF with fencing grace.
Then fencing grace was errataed and the gm allowed for free retraining.
I chose Falcata over rapier because rule of cool and arabian flavor.
Then I read about Agile weapons.
I can retrain back to inspired blade but this time it's going to require time and money.

Note2: I will have to get trapfinding because the group needs it

Planned advancement so far:
Swashbuckler1
Slayer 12 (second bonus 1/6 talent)
Shadowdancer 3

Campaign should end at 17 so it leaves one spare level.

Main stuff I want to get:
-Opportunist talent
-Lunge (to combo with dodging panache)
-Hide in plain sight (to combo with dodging panache or 5ft step when close to dim light)
-Power Attack or Piranha Strike with effortless lace
-The shadow from shadowdancer. Maybe offensive defense talent.
-Maxed out Stealth Bluff Perception Acrobatics, decent at disguise (I have a hat of disguise)
-weapon trick (if not using two weapons) and maybe duelist feat (if keeping falcata)

QUESTIONS
1) To retrain or not to retrain?
Inspired blade would give me one more feat (wep foc is free) and more panache but It would take very long and cost a lot since I would first need to retrain slashing grace and weapon focus which depend on the archetype.
Is it worth it?

2) One or two weapons?
I could add dex to both weapons with agile weapons and then retrain away slashing grace (or fencing in case of rapiers) but it would lock me into using those specific weapons or become unable to fight effectively.
Falcatas make everything more difficult since Agile can only be added on a finesse or light weapon, so to make an agile falcata you need to tie an effortless lace to the weapon prior to adding the agile enhancement.
This could be a very big problem as the weapon must be crafted on request.
Sure twf has the best damage potential for this character but it costs three feats and comes with reduced to-hit and ac, also the extra attacks are less powerful (half dex and patk) compare with weapon trick which gives me a free riposte per enemy but it's a full damage full to-hit attack and I don't need the full attack action, in most combats seems better.
What is the best course of action?

3) the empty level
-Lv4+ shadowdancer gives me stuff I'm not really interested in.
-LV2 swashbuckler is bad.
-LV13 slayer is not good imho
Other stuff I considered
-bard1:
Good will, illusions and charm goes well with the character, arcane duelist or dervish dancer archetypes are good for fighting, while masked performer would help with disguise
-investigator1 (sleuth)
More panache and a bunch of small boons that will make the character look smarter.
-unarmed fighter or brawler1
Get crane style or crane riposte, more ac.
Might even consider twf with falcata and kicks for sneak full attacks.
-urban barbarian1
More dex cannot hurt. Out of character tho.
-master spy1
Definitely in-character but the entry requirements are somewhat heavy
-vigilante1
Would help a lot with disguise and grant 1 hidden strike die

Ideas and considerations are welcome

I edited the post so it's shorter and more readable. Hope this helps
