Are there rules for this? Specifically, lets say a character gets a job. At what point would he be fatigued or exhausted?

For example, a guy is moving 100lb crates nonstop. How many does he move or how long does he have to move the 100lb crates to be fatigued?

What about a bard's Perform skill? How many hours of perform results in fatigue?

Samething for profession skill (when not used as a 1/week gp check.)

If you do it for no more than 8 hours, you're fine. After 8 hours, you may need to start making Constitution checks for a forced march.

More specifically, no - there are no rules for this.

In Pathfinder, if you stay up all night you become fatigued the next day unless you don't need sleep, so there's that.
