Is their WIS mod bonus action attack short rest reset or long rest and is it for both melee and ranged weapons?

Says "weapon attack," so it's for both.

Usable a number of times equal to your wis modifier, minimum one, per long rest.

Tyvm, would make a great Ranger dip then if you wanted to use longbow or heavy crossbow since no other way to generate bonus attacks with those weapons. :) + bless goes great with sharpshooter + archery style

ranger cleric is a great build, and war cleric goes along way for an archer who needs a bonus action anyhow.
