Draconic Flight feat question

For the Draconic Flight feat ( Races of the Dragon p102) or ( Complete Arcane p77)

Has anyone any idea what Manoeuvrability Class this has ?

Same as the Fly spell would be Perfect, Dragons though are generally Poor - though young ones can be Average and older ones Clumsy.

And here I thought dragons only got better as they aged.
The feat obviously does not list a maneuverability, nor does it override a source that does. So either you go by a default (which I am sure there isn't) or you don't get to turn at all.

Actually, Fly gives good manoeuvrability. I think the manoeuvrability class is just something the designers forgot about, as they are wont to do.
