Can I get a list of classes (prestige or not, it doesn't super matter) that have flight as a Supernatural, spell-like or Extraordinary ability?

Warlock, Dragon Fire Adept, Dragon Disciple, Enlightened Spirit and Druid (if Wildshape/Shapeshift counts).

There are more but I can't remember them right now.

Totemists and incarnates gain soulmelds that allow for limited flight, and psions, wizards, and clerics can gain flight through various spells, while druids gain it through wild shape and spells.

Geryon gives Binders swift flight.

Geryon gives Binders swift flight.

The short duration and long cooldown made me hesitate to include that one. A truenamer can stay in the air by readying an action for when the previous utterance ends, but Geryon is more like a really big jump.

(Air) Elemental Warrior PrC (Planar Handbook). Level 4 gets you "always on" 20 ft perfect flight as a Su ability, but you're limited to light or no armor.

The ghost savage progression is a class, and incorporeality automatically includes flight...

The psion uncarnate does, as well, so long as you're incorporeal (though I wouldn't suggest it; it's a bad PrC, and going unbodied is better in practically every way).

Witches (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/base-classes/witch) get the Flight (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/base-classes/witch/hexes---3rd-party-publishers/hexes/common-hexes/hex-flight-su) hex.

Swift Wing also gets flight at land speed (not base land speed) with good maneuverability. It works in any armor and even a medium load. The flight is SU though.

Rainbow Servant and Divine Soul can grow wings that let them fly for a little bit.

All of the Wild Shape ACF, I think there's one for Monk, Ranger, and I could have sworn Barbarian but can't find it. Spellfire Channeler also gets flight.
