Just brainstorming up some magic items in general for a campaign I´m thinking
of creating. Were thinking start at level 10 going up to perhaps 15 or so, more
high magic setting where you can buy magic items in big cities.

If you tone it down to a +1 weapon you can make it just rare, I guess.

very rare. I'd probably say that still if it dropped to a +1, purple worm poison is a ton of damage.

Personally I'm just not a fan of +x on equipment though, since it messes with bounded accuracy.

I'm more okay with the damage, because like half the MM resists or is straight up immune to poison.
