Nar Demonbinder Qualification

If I have a character who can use Summon Monster IV or higher as a spell like ability, but have no other spellcasting class abilities do I qualify for Nar Demonbinder? I meet the 4th level spell requirement and the summon monster requirement by virtue of my spell like ability, but since the class says arcane or divine instead of just spells in general, can I meet that requirement with my SLA?

Spell-like abilities will qualify you for the ability to cast specific spells. However, they do not qualify you for the ability to cast spells of a particular level. (CAr 72)

So no, you could not qualify for Nar Demonbinder this way.

Ahh I see thanks, I had forgotten about the spell level portion of the SLA rules.
