okay so the sizing rule in A&EG say 50% more cost and weight when you increase size
if I have a weapon that is preset at large size that is also a +3 weapon and I increase it to huge, do I increase the base weapon price only, add in the MW price as well or do I increase the whole weapon price ((18336 whole price as is) base cost 36 + mw cost 300) ?

Magical enhancements and masterwork are additives to the base. Only the base price is modified. A masterwork Large Rapier only costs 330, not 480.
