It's missing the atmosphere code in the UPP. It should start E563...

You wonder what sort of aliens those 682 000 are, living in air like a tainted version of Mount Everests' - at tech zero humans wouldn't survive there. Slow moving and big perhaps? The former to conserve energy considering the thin air, the latter to conserve heat.
