3.5 shadow skill armor

so I want some shadow silk armor for my rogue but can seem to find out what it dose
can some one tell me so I can finish building my character?

Tome of magic page 155. Hide/move silently +2, max dex +2, reduce ACP by 2, ASF in shadowy illumintation or darkness reduced by 15%.

I think it gives you an untyped +2 to Hide and Move Silently, and raises your max dex on cloth armors by +2. Plus it weighs an almost negligible amount (if you have one of those DMs that actually tracks max loads).
