If I wanted to make a +5 Defending Parrying Shortsword of Warning how much would it cost
would it be
Defending +1 +2,000 gp
Parrying: +8,000 gp
Warning +1 +2,000 gp
+5 +50,000 gp

For the +x's, you add all the x's together and then look that up for the price. So you don't take the +5 and two +1's separately, but instead get a +7, for 98,000 GP. Parrying is just a standalone bonus, and doesn't interact with the +'s, so the total is 106,000 GP.

And don't forget the cost of a masterwork shortsword, which is an extra +310.

Total cost is 106,310 gp.

Enhancement: +5

Fixed prices additions: {
Parrying: 8,000
Fixed Total: 8000}: 8000
Total: 106310 gp

Enchantments with a cost listed as a "plus" value are added together to get the total "plus" cost.
