I plan to have my players 8 of them fight the beast and I was wondering if there was an official listing for the god eating wolf or am going to have to home brew

I don't think there are any official stats. Maybe apply some templates like fiendish, enlarged, ascended, and some others to a warg or winter wolf. Throw in levels of barbarian, and some spell-like abilities and that should do it. Probably more or less depending on your party's level.

I think that...Champions of Ruin? has the stats for Kezef, the Chaos Hound (http://forgottenrealms.wikia.com/wiki/Kezef).

Maybe brew up Sköll and Haiti instead of Fenrir. They are his children and would be more in line to challenge a party than Fenrir himself.

The epic level handbook has the brachyrus wolf or something, and the description mentions fenrir. I don't have it though and it's been a long time.

EDIT: here's (http://www.systemreferencedocuments.org/resources/systems/pennpaper/dnd35/soveliorsage/epicNonAbominations.html#brachyurus) the stats

Its basically a mass of big numbers; were I you, I'd either use kezef or make your own.
