It's really, really long time since i played dnd 3.5, but this summer we want to start a campain, the only thing i know are that DM allows all the official materials( also the magazines), we'll start from level 3, we use the point system build( 32 points), and everyone must build his character alone and secretly( i can only say one will be a fighter and one an arcanist, we have 2 more players and i have no idea what they are gonna play).
I want to play a binder, a roguish one, probably a skillmonkey character but not a waste of space in combat, a stealth character who knows everything. I would like to know if there is a list somewhere with all the vestiges for the binder and where i can find them.
Do you have any advices for building a binder skillmonkey with some usefullness in combat( archery or magic)?

Binder skillmonkey: well you need practiced binder
A level in rogue or factotum + able learner would not be remiss in that it allows you to expand your skills known and gives you trapfinding.
Binder has a number of roles: party face and scout are the most skill-monkey-ing things they do

Most binder vestiges are in Tome of Magic, of course. There's also these (http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/dd/20060407a) four (http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/psm/20070119a) web (http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/we/20070307a) articles (http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/frcc/20070718), as well as ones in Dragon Magic, Dragon Magazines #341 and #357, and Dungeon Magazine #148.
