need help picking out a wand

so I get a 31 in UMD with by taking a 10 (have a feat that allows me to do so)
and I plan to use a wand stored in the handle of the sword. (wand chamber)
and I was wondering if I should do a wand of blast of force or a more utility like spell or something like true strike

For example, True Stike is much less useful if your last iterative attack hits most opponenets when you roll a 2/

What does your characteer do? What do they want to do that they cannot?
And have you a way of activating said wand as a swift action?
