I find it interesting that a lot of homebrew ideas I'm having are coming from songs. Anybody else make things based off of music?

I am currently working on an epic-level adventure based on the song 'The Seven Deadly Sins' by Flogging Molly, an adventure based off the entire first half of the album 'Beethoven's last night' by the Trans-Siberian Orchestra, and a class based off 'What is Eternal' also by the T-S Orchestra.

Yup, I've based entire campaigns on songs. Or at least had 'em inspired by songs.

Yeah, it's usually more like inspiration.

But the Beethoven's last night album has all these parts which feel like they fit together into an adventure. Each time I listen to it I add on a few new pieces almost directly taken from song.

In fact, the villain will probably use a few lines directly out of it.

Some of the songs I litsen to inspire me to make villains. I never get around to playing that music when the villain shows up in my campaign though. I should start doing that.
