This is my first attempt at homebrew.
Magical Craftsman is designed to be a NPC class for magic item crafter the GM would prefer are not powerful wizards.

Craft Bonus: A Magical Craftsman gets a bonus on all craft checks and on spellcraft checks to make magic items equal to their Magical Craftsman level.
Spellbook: A Magical Craftsman can not cast spells but is treated as having a caster level equal to his Magical Craftsman level and having all spells on his spell list for the purposes of magic item crafting and activation.
When crafting magic items a magical craftsman is treated being able to cast any spell currently recoded in his spellbook. A magical craftsman may add spells form any classes spell list to his spellbook.
A magical craftsman's spellbook may not contain a spell of higher level the the maxium for their level listed on the table.
A Magical Craftsman's spellbook at 1st level contains 4+int mod spells. At each new Magical Craftsman level a Magical Craftsman may choose 3 new spells to add to their spellbook. A Magical Craftsman may also add new spell to there spellbook form a scroll or another spellbook in the same manner a wizard does.
Bonus Feats: A Magical Craftsman gains these feats as bonus feats at the listed levels
