Is Pathfinder version of Lyralei the Windrunner?

I was wondering if there is anyone have made a pathfinder version that gets the feel of Lyralei the Windrunner (http://dota2.gamepedia.com/Windranger) from Dota 2 (I refuse to acknowledge the Windranger name change)?

As usual with games and PF, it´s nearly impossible to transport the idea 1 to 1 and make all abilities available from level one upwards.

In this case, any decent ranged Magus build will do the trick.

A Tempest Gale/Solar Wind Warlord might just manage to do it. Powershot is the Piercing Shot (Tempest Gale) and its upscaled versions, a few boosts should manage to do at least part of the effect of Windrun. The Solar Hailstorm Stance (Solar Wind) adds another two attacks to your full attack for a grand total of 8 attacks per round (4 from BAB+1 Rapid Shot +1 Haste+2 Stance), which should replicate the Focus Fire effect. The Focused Solar Lance strike (Solar Wind) lets you pin someone to a nearby tree or object. Tempest Gale and Solar Wind also provide a variety of other trick shot-like maneuvers to complement these four.
EDIT: Although Warlord runs off Charisma, in my opinion neither the Hawkguard Warder nor a Harbinger could really do Lyralei justice.

In particular the eldritch archer (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/base-classes/magus/archetypes/paizo---magus-archetypes/eldritch-archer-magus-archetype) is the ranged magus you want.

Agreeing with Tuvarkz, though I'd say any initiator with access to Tempest Gale (and they all can, with a trait at the worst). I think a Mind’s Eye Disciple Marksman would also do the trick admirably, though any Marksman would do.
