How would these classes play differently if the character venerated calistria?

Cleric and Inquisitor would change a little, giving one different options and restraining one within certain alignment ranges and conduct. Then again, that is no different from any other deity.
Antipaladin offers a unique code of conduct.

Bard, Druid, and Oracle would be mechanically unaffected.

What about flavor wise?

The easiest three are the first three. Please note that when I say "the church" below I do not mean to imply a formal religious hierarchy per se. Substitute "the faith" if you prefer.

A cleric tend towards the spiritual goals of the church, so lust and vengence. For a non-adventuring cleric (NPC), that might mean maintaining the temple in such a way as to facilitate sacred prostitution and an assassin's guild. For an adventuring cleric, PC, it probably means looking for avenues to encourage lust and facilitate vengence as they travel.

An Inquisitor is charged with dealing with those within the church that have become unfaithful. This will tend sharply towards vengence. Their job is to find and punish the apostate- to keep the faith pure internally. There may be a bit more vengence and a bit less penance than for another deity.

Antipaladins are, fundamentally, sacred warriors. Their role is is to fight the enemies of the church and defend it from external force. That might mean, for example, being charged with the physical safety of sacred prostitutes at a temple or being charged with stopping people attempt to forceably shut down a thieves' guild supported by a temple.

That is not to say that each of these should not attend to or assist with the matters listed under the other when they encounter them. But they each have a primary mission in their ministry.

Since they're stuck at CE, Calistria's Antipaladin code tells you how they're supposed to behave. For the rest - just be equal parts petty, seductive and hedonistic, with the level of malice associated with each trait depending on your alignment. And obviously a Calistrian Druid would have an affinity for hymenopterans like bees and wasps. That's pretty much it.
