Cannot remember the race

I have been trying to find a race I played a few times back when my groups played 3.5 exclusively. From what I recall it was a race that had the bard as its favored class had a bonus to charisma and dexterity (not sure how much) and the race was completly blind from a curse if memory serves. I want to say it was from Mythic races but I am not sure and it has been driving me nuts.

The Curst is the race you are thinking of from mythic races. not sure if it is the race you are asking about though as I am away from my book.

I do not think they are actually blind, just run around blindfolded on purpose?
