If, let's say, a Spellstitched Human Skeleton gets True Resed or ritually removes the Skeleton template or other such magics to make him human again. Does he lose the Spellstitched template? I only see a limitation on the application not the use or retention post application.

Yes. True rez creates a new body

And if he gets a lesser raise/resurrection/revivify as a Corpse Creature or Zombie?

Revivify can only be done within a round of death, so spell stitching can't happen
Edit: Raise Dead cannot be done with someone that has been undeaded
Resurrection needs the undead creature be destroyed

Revivify can work with time warping shenanigans. And both ritual and wish removal of undeath are still in play. Also Raise and Res can't be applied to something that became an undead, one created as an undead could still be targeted.

Raise and Res only target dead creatures. Something that began existence as undead does not count as a dead creature.

Unless they have the Corpse flaw. Lol
