In your opinion:
1- who gets affected by lasting effects of evil? The perpetrators of an evil act, the victims, those who spend too much time in an evil place, everyone listed?
2- is it possible to prevent being affected by these manifestations ( to not develop nightmares, psychosis, white hairs , mutations ecc. ) by abiuration magic ( Protection From Evil, or spells that turns yourself into something unaffected by physiology like Body of Wood / Iron ecc. ) ?
3- could a greater degree of lasting evil be achieved by multiple lesser evil acts in the same location ( example: prolonged presence of a fiend is a level 2- Lasting Evil effect; could the prolonged presence of 10-20 fiends count as level 3- Great Malevolece effect ) ?
