Celestial/Stitched Flesh Familiar?

Are there feats in Pathfinder similar to Celestial Familiar (BoED) and Stitched Flesh Familiar (LM)? Alternatively, are there feats that give familiars more powerful than Improved Familiar but more restricted?

Also, while I don't think there's anything similar to a spellstiched template in Pathfinder, there's a few undead options in the Improved Familiar, including a floating head.

For more powerful familiars, there's always familiar archetypes, which swap out certain familiar abilities for new stuff. One of the most notable is the School Familiar Archetype, which gets you some good powers for your familiar, although it's restricted to specialist wizards.
