Cyst Spiders are cancerous creations used by necromancers who possess mother cysts (http://realmshelps.dandello.net/cgi-bin/feats.pl?Mother_Cyst,LM). Born from the same cancerous flesh as a mother cyst, these warped creations can embed their own flesh in their master’s victims, putting them under his sway. Cyst Spiders are vaguely arachnid in form, with a pulsing, tumor-like body supported on eight spindly legs. They are barely intelligent, and are often reliant on their masters for instruction. A single Cyst Spider can infect dozens of creatures with necrotic cysts, making them highly dangerous, although the cysts can be destroyed by killing the spider that created them.

Encystment (Ex)
While grappling a creature, a Cyst Spider may attempt to embed a portion of its tumorous flesh in the creature by making a successful grapple check. That creature may attempt a DC 15 Reflex save to resist the encystment. The save is Dexterity-based. If the creature fails its save, then it develops a necrotic cyst, like that created by the spell of the same name. The master of a Cust Spider treats creatures the spider has encysted as if he had cast the necrotic cyst spell on them. Once a creature successfully saves against a Cyst Spider’s encystment ability, then it is immune to it for 24 hours. If a Cyst Spider is destroyed, then all necrotic cysts embedded by it are destroyed. Regardless of whether or not the encystment was successful, the Cyst Spider loses 1 hp.

Nimble Grasp (Ex)
A Cyst Spider receives a +8 racial bonus on grapple checks, and adds its Dexterity modifier to grapple checks in place of its Strength modifier.

Spider Climb (Ex)
A Cyst Spider can climb shear surfaces, as the spider climb spell.

Improved Grapple (Ex)
To use this ability, a Cyst Spider must hit a Medium or smaller opponent with a bite attack. It can then attempt to start a grapple as a free action without provoking an attack of opportunity. If it wins the grapple check, it establishes a hold, and can attempt to encyst its foe on the next round.

Skills
Cyst Spiders have a +8 racial bonus on Climb checks and can always choose to take 10 on Climb checks, even if rushed or threatened. They add their Dexterity modifier, rather than their Strength modifier, to Climb checks.

Creating a Cyst Spider
A Cyst Spider can be created only by a necromancer who possesses a mother cysts (http://realmshelps.dandello.net/cgi-bin/feats.pl?Mother_Cyst,LM). To do so, he must have a caster level of 12th or higher and cast create undead on the corpse of a creature that possessed a necrotic cyst. Alternatively, when he casts necrotic burst, necrotic eruption, or necrotic termination, he may choose to create a Cyst Spider rather than a Skulking Cyst.

What does the necrotic cyst spell do?

It creates a tumor inside the target, which has some ill effect, but more importantly, makes them vulnerable to some very powerful necromancy spells that you have to have the Mother Cyst feat to use. I'm afraid this creature's kind of useless to you if you don't have Libris Mortis.
