Hey guys,
I am still tooling around with my Paladin build (Devotion, SnB). Up until this point I had been focused on a major transition into Sorcerer. Lately though, I am trying to think of something less impactful to the RP of the character. I am becoming interested in a Champion fighter dip (either 3 or 6 I am thinking. Some questions:
1.) How does this build compare to the Sorc dips in terms of burst damage? I am thinking with 19-20 crit and action surge it can compete pretty well.
2.) Are there any magic items to help mitigate the loss of spell slots from dipping into fighter?
3.) How would you rate the overall viability in a char op type game?
