Human-Raised Half-Orc and Heart of the Wild

A half-orc can pick up the Human-Raised alternate racial trait, swapping out the half-orc's Orc Ferocity and Weapon Familiarity for the human's Skilled racial trait. Because half-orcs count as humans under normal circumstances, can a half-orc then swap out the Skilled racial trait for the Heart of the Wild alternate racial trait (or any other alternative racial trait that replaces Skilled)? I know it is mechanically messy to replace something only to replace it with something else. I just wanted to know if Paizo or the developers have come out with a ruling on it, or if anyone has any experience with this sort of thing.

I personally think variant chaning is A OK; if the designers considered the traits equivalent then why not... Other DMs might disagree but I don't see any rationale for that
