I could have swore at one point there was a book that was more dedicated to dreams/nightmares and stuff like that. Looking at running a campaign that deals pretty heavily with that so if someone could tell me if I am totally remembering something wrong or if there is a book out there that does relate to that please let me know.

You could also search for stuff related to Dal Quor (the Eberron plane of Dreams) and just refluff the Eberron stuff away if it doesn't fit your campaign world.
