Nightskitter Conversion

My campaign is 3.5, but I wan't to use the Nightskitter (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-listings/undead/nightshade/nightskitter) in it, can anyone help me with a conversion to 3.5?

Acrobatics is now balance and tumble; Perception is now spot and listen. You are now converted.

Looking at the actual stats other than skills I don't think it's that simple, I noticed when I compared the other nightshades that actually have a 3.5 counterpart that several of the stats were different, not just skill names, so can anyone help with the rest of it?

What specifically do you think is a problem? If you use them exactly as printed they'll be a viable monster.

You'll have to calculate grapple on its own - size modifiers are not the same in PF and 3.5. There is no 3.5 equivalent of the nightskitter so don't worry about minor changes of other monsters between the two editions.
You'll have to change HD (undead work differently)
You'll have to replace channel unless you want to keep it as a unique ability, and give them Command Undead
Fewer feats, unless you want to give them bonus feats
