I have created a PrC to compliment some of the mounted combat discussions we have had lately. Give me your thoughts!

The Walden Aerial Cavalier is a mounted knight who focuses on aerial combat, combining speed and powerful charges to destroy his enemies. Hit dice: d8

Requirements
To qualify to become a Walden Aerial Cavalier, a character must fulfill all the following criteria.

Base Attack Bonus: +4

Feats: Mounted Combat, Weapon Focus (Lance)

Class Skills
The Walden Aerial Cavalier’s class skills (and the key ability for each skill) are Concentration (Con), Craft (Int), Diplomacy (Cha), Handle Animal (Cha), Heal (Wis), Knowledge (nobility and royalty) (Int), Knowledge (religion) (Int), Profession (Wis), Ride (Dex), Sense Motive (Wis) and Spot (Wis).

Skill Points at Each Level: 2 + Int modifier.

Class Features
All of the following are class features of the Walden Aerial Cavalier’s prestige class.

Weapon and Armor Proficiency: Walden aerial cavaliers are proficient with
all simple and martial weapons, with all types of armor (heavy, medium, and light), and with shields (except tower shields).

Spells per Day: A Walden Aerial Cavalier does not advance any spellcasting attained from previous classes, due to the focuses training and dedication on mounted combat

Class abilities:
Special Mount (Sp): As the standard paladin ability of the same name, except treat the Walden Aerial Cavalier's effective level as three higher when calculating the mount's bonus Hit Dice, powers, and so forth. A level 4 paladin, level 1 Walden Aerial Cavalier would thus count as a level 8 paladin.

Mounted Specialization (Ex): Through intense training and martial focus the Walden Aerial Cavalier has become a true master of mounted combat. At 2nd level she gains + 1 circumstance bonus to weapon damage when mounted. This increase to +2 at 4th level.

Full Mounted Attack (Ex): At 2nd level and higher, a mounted cavalier can make a full attack when his mount moves more than 5 feet but no farther than a single move action would carry it. The Walden Aerial Cavalier cannot combine this full attack with a charge.

Bonus Mount Feat: At 3rd level, the Walden aerial cavalier can grant her chosen mount one bonus feat from the Mount Feats list, below. This feat does not count against the creature's normal feat capacity, though it must still meet all prerequisites for it, as noted in the appropriate feat description in this book or Chapter 5 of the Player's Handbook. To grant a bonus feat, the Walden Aerial Cavalier must spend one month training the mount. (I have not yet compiled that list)

Deadly Charge (Ex): When mounted and using the charge action, the Walden Aerial Cavalier of 4th level or higher deals triple damage with a melee weapon (or quadruple damage with a lance). This ability does not stack with that of spirited charge.

Endless Assault (Ex): When the Aerial Cavalier reaches 5th level, she has achieved an unmatched fighting proves and unison with her mount. When doing a mounted charging action, she gains the pounce ability, thus allowing for a full attack.

Level Base Attack Saving Throws Class Abilities
1 +1 2/2/0 Special mount, Mounted Specialization +1
2 +2 3/3/0 Full Mounted Attack
3 +3 3/3/1 Bonus Mount Feat
4 +4 4/4/1 Deadly Charge, Mounted Specialization +2
5 +5 4/4/1 Endless Assault
