Well... It's not bad, so far. It is, however, woefully unfinished.

You're kind of heavy on the features at first level, there. Other than that, what there is of it so far doesn't look so bad.

Have you considered making this a fighter subclass? What you have right now wouldn't fit in there seamlessly, but it would spare you the need to create a ton of features, and I think it could work as an interesting alternative to the eldritch knight's approach to fighter magic. My first thought was to make a fighter subclass with 1/3 caster spell slots, but whose slots can only be combined with features that allow them to channel that power into their offense or defense... but that runs dangerously close to treading on the Paladin's smitey toes, so that's probably a bad idea. Still, I think you could absolutely work something out.

As its own class, I see some potential for overlap with the Bladelock, so watch out for that if you decide to stick with the full-class approach.
