Originally this was an Arcane Tradition (Wizard Subclass) which can be found here: http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?490997-Arcane-Tradition-Divine-Magus-(PEACH)

However, after some talking with zeek0 (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/member.php?84632-zeek0) I decided that it would be better to transform it into a prestige class.

First I'll drop a link to the UA that introduces prestige classes: http://media.wizards.com/2015/downloads/dnd/UA_Rune_Magic_Prestige_Class.pdf

And finally here is a link to the prestige class, the Divine Magus: http://homebrewery.naturalcrit.com/share/HyRcN4MB

I would think very long and hard before granting anyone more than one or (in a truly exceptional case) two level 9 spells per day. Spells above level five are a very big deal. This isn't just a Warlock thing: there's a reason that the Sorcerer can't convert sorcery points into spells higher than fifth level and a Wizard can't use Arcane Recovery to replenish spell slots above fifth level. There's a reason that even level 20 dedicated casters only get one additional spell each of levels six and seven, and never get additional spells of eight or ninth level.

I know that there's a lot of balancing features in play here, but even if we set aside the reasonable limitations on high level spells per day, this still seems overpowered. Take a level 20 sorcerer. At level 20, his spell slots are worth 89 sorcery points. A level 15 sorcerer's spell slots are worth 54 sorcery points. That means, in the last five levels, a sorcerer gains spell slots worth 35 sorcery points. That's pretty impressive for just five levels! But five levels of Divine Magus, as currently written, gives spell slots worth 54 sorcery points. Even if we assume that all sorcery points are created equal -- and they aren't, hence level 9 spells being so hard to come by -- that's still more than one and a half times what the Sorcerer gets for those same five levels.

Or, perhaps the more important way to consider it... a level 15 full caster who multiclasses into Divine Magus gets 6 ninth level spell slots in addition to a very substantial array of lower-level spell slots, up to and including an eighth level spell. Someone from a class that isn't a full caster still has an array of very powerful tools available to them even after they nova with level nine spells for six straight rounds.

And all of that is considering only the spellcasting, without addressing the plethora of other features you're offering up.

You really have to think about what the character is getting for just five levels worth of investment, even if they're top-tier levels. Right now, there's just way too much.

I appreciate the feedback.

If we remove the spellcasting from this prestige class, and focus on the "Divine Manipulation" feature, do you think we have something fun and balanced?

I've removed the spellcasting from this prestige class following This be Richard's feedback.

Does anyone have any comments on this now? I appreciate feedback. :)
