Looking for possible prestige class options.
Would like full casting if possible.
All books are valid.
Currently level 3 lawful good human cleric rocking a big mace.
Willing to retrain whatever if I like the idea enough.
Thanks!

What do you want to accomplish with your prestige class choice?

Do you:

Want to become better healer?
Want to become a better undead hunter?
Want to become better at fighting against demons, devils, and other evil beings?
Want to become better at fighting in melee?
Want to become better at spellcasting?
Want to become more skillful and less reliant on spell slots?

It sounds like Church Inquisitor from Complete Divine would be worth considering. Easy prereqs, if you work with your DM on the fluffy parts.

I'm I sucker for Gish so melee/casting but given the choice casting. Casting can solve melee problems not the other way around.

It's solid but I tend to use it a lot and was hoping for something less worn, good idea though.

So a class that makes you better at wrecking faces? Sadly all the good melee options lose caster levels.

Fist of Raziel-from the exalted handbook is a pretty good melee centric PrC, and to make most GiTP-ers hapy, it only losses out on 1 caster level. ( personally I feel that if you are having fun its fine even if you do not have full casting levels, but I know most forum-ites think if you lose caster levels you should never play D&D again)

There is also a PrC centered around the war domain, but I cannot remember what it is.

Your hostile digs are not for this thread - the OP explicitly said that he prefers casting to melee ability.

There's a big long article in Dragon #358 about Saint Cuthbert, and it includes some prestige class suggestions. The ones it recommends are Abolisher (Lords of Madness), Justiciar (Complete Warrior), Divine Crusader (Complete Divine), Streetfighter (Complete Adventurer), Church Inquisitor (Complete Divine), and Hospitaler (Complete Divine). Of these, only the Church Inquisitor is full casting.

Aside from those, here are all the prestige classes that offer full casting progression for divine classes (although some might lose caster levels in qualifying for them):

There is also a PrC centered around the war domain, but I cannot remember what it is.I will definitely look at FoR, and I think you're talking about Ordained Champion which rocks but I'll have to see if my DM would let the deity prerequisite slide. Thanks for the suggestion.

Thanks for the list! This is phenomenally helpful.

I always wanted to homebrew a PrC for clerics of St Cuthbert, that allows three paths: Chapeaux (convert other to the faith), Stars (enforcers/inspectors of the faithful) or Billet (defend the faithful).

We played a lot of ToEE in our 1E days.

You can take up the Ruby Knight Vindicator from ToB.

Originally it's a Wee-Jas class but you can shift things around and make it for St. Cuthbert.

And I know you will loose three spell level advances (one from taking crusader for the class and two from the class itself) but it had a great feeling of "I'm a very integral part of my church, they sent me on this crusade for our god's will!"

Hope I helped

One more for the list: Knight of the Raven, from Expedition to Castle Ravenloft. Full BAB, only loses 1 caster level, gives you a nifty Raven helper (that isn't an XP timebomb like a regular familiar), and gets you the Sun domain at 3rd.
