SPOILER-ish, size of Castle Ravenloft?

How big is castle Ravenloft? Are most of the ceilings at 30 feet, or are a bunch of the rooms taller?
How much floor space is there, in 5x5 squares?

Forbiddance covers 40,000 sq ft of a building, seemingly on multiple levels, but only to 30 ft above each floor.
40,000 = 1,600 squares of 5'x5', which would be a map of 40 squares by 40 squares.
How much/little of the castle is that

I can't find anything online about specifications of the castle regarding sq ft, and I thought Forbiddance was really big.
Can it at least maybe cover one entire floor?

From what I can see on my map of Castle Ravenloft, the main floor of the castle fits in a 24 x 18 grid of 10' squares so 240 feet by 180 feet = 43200 square feet. It looks like from the main floor, the second floor is 50 feet up and the floor beneath the main floor is 40 feet down. Third floor is 40 feet above the 2nd floor and up from there is in the spires of the castle. The basement is 70 feet below the floor that's just beneath the main floor.

I don't have my book with me, so I'm not sure how high the ceilings are. I've just got a map and can tell the distances between floors.
