PDF of just the crafting rules?

I'm new to the crafting scene in 3.5, I've learned all I can I think and am able to make items pretty regularly within the rules given. However having to jump back and forth between 2 different sources because the information is easier to find is going to get annoying. Does anyone have or can make a PDF of just the magic item crafting rules?

I've got a PDF of all the special abilities and effects normally added to items and the cost derived therein.

I need the tables and everything. No fluff just rules cost and process. For referencing.
