I like it! Though I think that I would rate Ireena a bit more highly. That's a pretty major point. I think it's neat how you're offering points for items too. Are you going to tell players when they get a point, or is it going to be invisibly tracked by you and you just tell them when they level?

I figured that after a long rest, if they have enough for the next level, I would let them know. That way they can't meta game it.
