(PF) Covering both Arcane and Divine at level 1

Does Pathfinder have anything with a similar function to a 3.5 Cleric with the Magic Domain? Specifically I want to be able to reliably use any scrolls or wands that show up in a module's loot.

Can you get combat reliable UMD at level 1 in PF without devoting too much too many resources? Otherwise it isn't a substitute to Level 1 Cleric with Magic Domain in 3.5.
