Yeah I know it’s a little late but I noticed there wasn’t a thread for this. I was at a barbecue and then we went to a fireworks event. So I thought I’d post this thread up.
July fourth 1776 is the day the USA officially broke away from England. A bloody war was fought and ultimately America gained its freedom and independence. It's been 240 years, it’s still the most important day in American History.
I hope every American has had a wonderful and safe Independence Day. We may have our problems and certainly aren’t perfect, but I can’t think of a better place to live.
I honestly hope that the rest of the world has a wonderful and safe half year (since the first half seems to have not been so great).
