Does anyone remember the name of the book that had dozens of charts for character creation in it? I'm working on a character now and I wanted to peruse that book for ideas but I can't remember the name. I think it had the word "Legends" in it which probably doesn't help narrow it down.

Had to look it up a bit, since I only saw it once in hands of one GM... but wasn't it Central Casting - Heroes of Legends?

The central casting if I remember correctly, has several other books also.
