Tier system by level

Has anyone ever gone to the trouble of breaking down the classes into tiers at varying levels? If you are going to be playing in a campaign that you know will only through certain levels then the usual Tier ranks of a lot of classes might shift up or down. I tried searching but didn't find anything like this.
