Accelerating contingency

So right now im looking for a way to make casting contingency spell faster. Is there any way I could do it without using feats or levels up? If needed this is for a Wizard

What about casting your contingency as a contingency?

A metamagic rod of rapid spell would reduce casting time to 1 minute.
