In pathfinder, is there to move an enhancement type from one item to another? I wanted to get Gloves that have +2 Str, but I didn't realize that in PF only belts do that.

Yes, there's a 50% Price increase for ítems using a different slot than the one they are listed at. It's the same formula used for belts or headbands with bonus to 2 stats. So str gloves would be 6k. It comes with the standard issue warning that DMs should be wary etc etc.
