Ability Damage / Drain Enchantment?

Is anyone aware of a weapon enchantment or spell that allows a player to deal ability damage / drain instead of (or in addition to) normal damage?

Sure. Wounding (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/magicItems/magicWeapons.htm#wounding) is right there in the core rules. I'm sure there are others too.
